Web-site looks fairly new (set up about a year ago?) and not a lot on it, so maybe just there for a web-profile as part of the sale process.
As the figures stand, they seem reasonable, especially as they say there has been repeatability in revenue and profit over past 3 years. Price/sales at 2.5x seems on the generous side for acquiring a small business, but makes strategic sense from a territory perspective (not sure what LBL are raising at, but if it were 85cps, then we'd be looking at current business price/sales of around 3.3, so it's a plus).
Note there's no earn out, so possibly not keeping the existing owner in the business and maybe circumstances require an exit. Will see what price they can raise at and whether due diligence holds up. Overall makes sense, but will be a wait and see, as no doubt some additional costs as they integrate and upgrade the laser cladding facility.
