Yeah i agree JD but when you look at where the improvement comes from it seems a fairly straightforward extrapolation.
Of course that doesn't mean it's definitely the case but you'd have to think they are just lighting up lesions which have a lower uptake of the tracer because they detect 40× more signal from the same radiation dose.
i reckon it's likely that on a second day Cu64 scan even smaller lesions than 2mm would light up.
As you say we'll see anyway
