ASX RELEASE 01 OCTOBER 2020
LATE LODGEMENT OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
Cirralto Limited (ASX: CRO) (“CRO” or the “Company”), advises that it intends to lodge its audited
annual financial report for the year ending 30 June 2020 with ASX as soon as possible within the next
5 business days.
The Company’s securities will be suspended from trading pending lodgement of the annual financial
report, upon lodgement the Company will request its securities resume trading on ASX.
ASIC has extended the deadline for listed entities to lodge financial reports under Chapters 2M and 7
of the Corporations Act (the Act) by one month for companies with balance dates of June 30. The
Company is relying on the extended period for lodgement.
The Company’s Appendix 4E, preliminary annual financial report, was lodged with ASX on 31 August
2020.
