if you knew about RR1 and researched you would know the acquisition was done at $0.004 and money raised in Feb done at $0.004 hence it took time to wash through like all shares, it was not languishing.
stop basing all of RR1 on what all other stocks do. Yes sometimes market sentiment goes up and down but VSR is not RR1 and RR1 is not ODE etc
