If there was going to be one, and it was solely (100%) for the purpose of drilling at Surprise, NOTHING ELSE, I would support it.
I have always maintained that I would support such a CR, and I am not about to be backing out from that.

I feel quite confident that, should such a CR along with the strict intentions of drilling was to go ahead, our sp would move up as a consequence.

It is the silence, and the long wait that has has been announced to us, that is dropping the sp, not a CR for drilling purposes.

Someone here may now say that a CR would have the serious effect of diluting us. Little they pay attention to though, or even think, that any farmin in, will have the effect of diluting us many folds than a normal CR for this purpose would.
