    There will not be GSA before the date. Why would there be? The only worry we have is getting GSA before NGP first gas. There is so much work to be done. GMRG, moratoriums, reserve cert, plant upgrade...... not a worry and have a little faith in RC. The man is a gun. Why would you want anyone else at the helm of this stranded dirt. Seriously. This last 5 years has been like watching senna thread the needle around Monaco in the wet to meet the princess on the podium
