    Slide 18. Palm Valley "Mitigate pipeline constraint (Phase 2 capacity)" is surprising.

    This suggests lifting PV's output from 15Tj/d to 20Tj/d is pipe capacity limited.

    I assume this refers to field collection pipelines, not Amadeus-Darwin. That should be straightforward, though the extra engineering work has to be done and capex spent.

    My 18.5c 'floor' delayed. Oh well.
