Really? Rio and BHP wont stop their current expansion plans, they wont expand outside those plans yet but the IO coming into the market over the next couple of years will keep the price low. I believe Rio's output for 2015 is planned to jump about 60MT and not sure what BHP's is. If some of the high cost miners from China do start to close look at their output compared to the 3 main Aussie producers, it doesn't stack up
