Hey Strauss, you're so right, valuation even came up about spot on, might have to change careers I think!

What a cracka, looks like we're headed up to that 15 cents over the next few weeks. This will slow down the selling, comprehensive val that doesn't give val where it isn't but recognises what's already there.
