It strikes me that whoever is buying is a bit more sophisticated than us retailers. Lets hope its someone willing to hold near term. Plenty of retail will be lookingn to exit from higher pricess IMO. Not many who are not underwater on this at present, unless avaeraged down all the way. All the Co can do is get the drill results out, and hopefully with the same or better results than we have had to date and keep talking to high networth individuals or insto's about coming in as a cornerstone down the line.
