    Perhaps I am not following your figures, but if you are working on a US ton of ore, then 1% x 907kg = 9kg

    Copper price currently approx US$4.30 per pound. 2,000 pounds in US ton. 2,000 x US4.30 = US$8,600 = AUS$11,200
