Yeah well that appointment would be one of the missing ducks, but until they have them all lined up not much point selling the story.
Imho it’s still a story that “could” become compelling, but not yet, I bought prematurely a couple of years back. In particular the NPV to capex ratio is not currently compelling imho, nor the LOM gross margin so compelling.
Basically it needs more work to derisk and make it a robust project. Then there will be a story to tell (and fun,.ds to raise).
I have added a few at these prices, but can’t say I’ve been buying with any great conviction - could still be in project enhancement mode in 5 years.
