My take is to list it on Nasdaq as an IPO.
US based funds don’t care about ASX listed shares no matter how attractive and rewarding it could be. WP apparently trying hard to sell the story but not to the right broader investment community they have the monies and mandate to invest.
Forget about the potential acquirers, run the company as if it will go it alone and raise funds in the US. Don’t issue any more free options to themselves nor the fundies as it will only suppress the share price.
