Hello from a Brit who has a stake in MOD's JV partner MTR.
Chatting with a Geo who is very familiar with the project online - he suggests the 23D results are indicative of shear effect at that point. Perhaps that is why MOD have added extra holes in the SW corner, the results of which hopefully will give a better picture of the area.
