I agree it is low ball , but our market cap is only $7m for all of the LRS assets
LRS own around 15 Ilo leases, Guado , Brazil so on that basis it is fair and a good deal
We should be 5 cents + on the back of that news in my opinion but our exploration market is so Ho hum
At least LRS dont have to draw down on its own funds any more for este , should stop the need to draw down the US funding
