The reason it's low is because of lack of success at Norte
They spent 12 odd million there for no success
So we now have a larger cash payment on success at Este
It makes our deal at Norte look good seeing we got 3.85 million cash out if what seems to be s nothing project
Hopefully we can sell it for a little more cash
As it stands zaheena owe us around 4 million over the next 3 years, which could end up being a lot more if Este proves up the goods
If they have exploration success there they will owe us 11 million and we will have 30 percent of a feasible mine on our hands
