    c. $9m MC after this raise with $3.5-4m in cash, $600k owing from ARS and $1m of stock as well. I make the EV by the end of this month something like $4m. If that isn't a sexy shell with some known money makers behind it I don't know what is. Hope there is some more selling tomorrow, missed the news and today's bottom.
