How to destroy the best shell on the market
Put a below average acquisition in and still pay 300k for if it in shares and cash. Why not wait for a real project from day one.
Raise 3.45 million when 2 million would have been plenty
Raise at .025c when they could have gotten .03c
destroy the share register completly
Why are DJ Carmichael getting their 6% plus 7.5 million options this must be a joke
Why not
Wait for a real project to vend in
Do the deal with a group that actually has the ability to get people to buy the shares on market
Look at todays share action complete rubbish
Weak decision by a weak board.
I am a very large shareholder and this feels like a big NO vote to me
