    So MGK Resources buys these projects from Nuheara Limited for $150,000, and then on-sells itself (and these projects) to Latitude for shares worth $1.1 million??

    Can someone explain this deal, in light of MGK Resources buying these projects from Nuheara Limited for $150,000?
