Well, either they don't know about the CR or they are trying to prop up the SP to encourage uptake of the CR. Why would anyone buy on market at 1.3c when you can acquire through CR at 1.1c??
I had a quick scan and my reading is that they are desperate - a $70M asset sitting there collecting dust. I guess the CR is better than appointing administrators. They need cash - they are negotiating a $1.37M claim from Mincore, while LMG are offering a $914,390 payment.
As for the CEO, I lost faith long time ago. and the Board just sits and watches the failed milestones slide past.
I'll post more after I have read the docs. They require careful reading because there is very ambiguous language being used and you can't take them as face value.
