Unfortunately so much of the media is ideologically driven. The pro-green media probably can't stomach a 'coal' company coming up with an ingenious solution to the soon to be abandoned coal pits that is environmentally friendly.
Also, the anti-green media will wonder why they aren't digging up the coal.

What this scheme ( IK needs to find a catchy name for it) needs is what all our other Victorian brown coal projects have ever needed- solid political backing from the Victorian government.
