My superfund (one of the largest) posted the option to take up the offer but they closed it out on the 12th Oct without making it obvious that I’d lose out if I did not meet their deadline. I actually logged on on Oct 2nd ( and they have that on record) to take up the offer but the system wouldn’t allow it. Is this legal?
Did anytime else get caught out due to this? Did my superfund fund pocket the option???
