The Dec 24 6c Options were never going to happen so I guess from a dilution perspective better to buy in at 2.4c than 6c. Without cash to grow the business was always a weakness in the working capital structure and a key reason why the SP could never break out similar to the exuberance when SC announcement back in early 2023. Back to the SH well one more time seems to be the way at SPA. DYOR.
