    It they had concentrated to opening the mine and demonstrating that they can produce Nikel as cheap as Indonesia they may have earned some respect from the market. But so far its all been pie in the sky stuff. BSX does not even have a mining permit in Vietnam as far as I know. WTF have they been doing all these years.
