I have thought that the powers that be, above BSX, have expressed that they don't want the mining to go ahead without the product going through a refinery in the country.
It is what I think the stumbling block is. I have thought that this has been said behind closed doors and BSX has not been able to express this to the market.
Its a thought I have had for a long, long time.
Maybe a reason why the ambassador has featured so prominently.
Anyway, it's been a thought of mine for a long time. Even if I asked BSX if this is the case they wouldn't say it is.
I haven't had a reply to my last email either. Usually I get one rather promptly but this time nothing.
