    They capped the share price at 4.8c by releasing that report on Linkedin which they commissioned themselves when the price was rising past 5.5c, only to raise at 3c shortly afterwards. What kind of management of dilution is that? It certainly isn't minimising it and I bet we could probably buy on market for 2c, this week and all
