just to confirm, are you saying Deltas website was amended after CEs crowning such that previous high Li02 results were deleted?
Is it being intimated that dusters may have been deliberately drilled?
Separately, I have been mulling the concept of the accelerated entitlement position such that instos are allocated their entitlements PRIOR to retail, and PRIOR to the AGM therefore giving Majority holders greater sway in the votes a disadvantage to minority holders. Further, the activity, manipulation and entitlement "forcing", resulting in MIN garnering control outside the realms of a TO again a great disadvantage to minority holders.
How close to the wind is MIN sailing? Do we have any lawyers on thread that might care to weigh in on where that leaves retail?
