Normally a company ( ie MinRes) can’t own more than 20% of another listed company ( DLi ) without launching a takeover. They can creep up slowly - I think it’s another 5% per year above 20%. So I didn’t think Min Res would be allowed to get more than 20% of the company without launching a TO or are there different rules if your an under writer ? Dli is at bargain prices ATM but that’s what CE and Gina want while they accumulate. GLTAHs
