So if Waratah and Idemitsu dont take up their entitlement, holding circa 30% of the SOI between them might result in MIN picking up a further 25million shares as a result of their underwrite just on those two holders alone.
Given MIN are taking up their entitlement this may deliver MIN a further 3.6% of the new 685million SOI of the company and hence a position of circa 21% and thats before any other holders elect not to acquire entitlements.
MIN wants DLI really bad.
It appears theres a whole lot more to this story that it seems retail investors are not being informed of...
