How's this, s615 Approval below.
No mention of Idemitsu nor Waratah in the underwriting. I can read into that... Surely they would have been approached under good governance processes. You would think that Waratah will be taking their entitlements given recent buying.
Idemitsu will be telling as to what they do.
At least Retail will get a crack at this one, so that's something, but MIN will hoover up anything left over. MIN could be 25%+ after this one... sigh...
