It is awesome, they still put out an investor preso which the pipeline of milestones looks great. Imagine being CE knowing that your mere presence scares off retail and lets you buy on the cheap. If an eventual TO is on the cheap, retail needs to blame no one but themselves. I don't think idemitsu and waratah are going to sell up. Delta's a buyers dream once the market's back on. I'm happy to buy at 44, matter of fact i cant wait post entitlement. Less retail volatility the better once all said and done. It's either a rebound or TO, or a wildcard for MINRES to maintain board control and chase a bounce once the dust settles.
NWE was the same, retail sh*t the bed, sold and took a low offer because the boogeyman arrived. If NWE retail held, they'd have been fine on TO.
