imo they are taking the easy route - find a generic that can be "copied" easily, develop then to market.

that way KPIs (and the all important bonuses attached to KPI's) are met - but lets not concern ourselves with SP being part of KPI's - wonder why!!!!!!!!!

that way by taking the low road they have multiple works in the pipeline and makes itr seem they are more capable than they have been showing the last few years.

might also look good for investor presentations - hey we need dollars (CR) AND look at the pipeline of products we have going so potential is "unbelievable". BUT you can only take that so far and me thinks that the limit has been reached so they need to do something really good now for market to take notice.

R&D incemtives can only go so far as far as cashflow goes and they have recently realised that.

need change from the top pronto IMO, a review of where they are actually at and then look at repositioning - but as long as the chairman still there things wont change for the best IMO. need freash eyes and a more updated outlook there imo.
