    They just pump and dump and trade the stock on the side and off the books. That's where they make their money.

    That's how most board members make money on ASX..There is effectively no regulation and so they take full advantage.

    Reported compensation is almost irrelevant.

    With all the insider information they need. They can go long into a pump and when its done. They go short.
