A nice little indication that revenue could provide a 5% dividend would possibly get the SP moving?
140800000 shares x 2 cents = $2.816 million
I keep coming back to the fact that the SP wasn't pumped for option conversion. I would normally view that as a indication that management want minimum SOI for dividend growth.
