I don't believe Asia actually buys much fresh milk. It isn't the "taste" they are used too. UHT and powdered are the preferred choice.
I personally think this plan it is very clever. Give the people the products A2M doesn't, get the brand awareness out, build some loyalty, then pull those customers (currently buying both brands) away from their A2M baby formula into Australia's Choice baby formula.
Also gives them a chance to get it right. You don't get a second crack at this.
Hopefully FNP management also realise how important Diagou are for selling into China and set it up as best they can before any baby formula is released.
And as for Fresh Milk being the biggest cash cow? Baby Formula sold into China equates to around 70% of A2M's current revenue. That's where we want/need to be.
