i would be sh*#ing myself if i was an a2m shareholder. they are launching a2 uht and will inevitably be followed by a2 baby formula.
the big question is why dont afmh launch a fresh a2 milk product, that is the biggest cash cow of all. a2m couldnt start a price war coz they are a one trick pony, while fnp could back afmh and support any short term margin compression while building market share and attracting a2m loyals to try it due to lower prices. lets face it, a2m is unfairly expensive due to theirmonopoly.
anyone know why fnp / afmh wouldnt rush into the fresh milk space and instead just focus on uht and powder?
either way this is great news for medium term earnings growth for fnp.
