Also worth noting is the additional placements tranches which will be voted on in the upcoming annual meeting, which will help to ensure funding commitments are covered well into the future with out any further dilution. Especially with the company likely to be cash flow positive in the coming quarters

- Tranche B1: $6.5 million through the placement of 33.8 million shares at an issue price of $0.19217 cents per share
- Tranche B2: The issue of 15 million options that expire 60 days after the issue date with an exercise price of $0.25 cents per share, that is exercised will increase the investment to $13.75m.

Options have a very short conversion time frame which IMO demonstrates the likely hood of conversation and that current prices are going to form a nice base for further movement. Looking forward to seeing what they can accomplish moving forward being fully funded and in a high growth industry.
