So many easy wins available to CL8 via RACV partnership, but CL8 need to drive the alliance forward and set the pace. Time equals dilution!!
12 months for this webpage link is poor.
I can understand working on the big ‘time consuming’ strategies but in parallel all the easy wins need to happen in parallel.:-
-Monthly posts on RACV FB page for all platforms.
-prominent links on RACV webpage
-RACV caravan parks to distribute Mycaravan flyers and/or become scouts.
-RACV Email campaigns to business owners and general public for Mobilize, DMC, Mycaravan
-RACV Carclub advertising DMC sharing platform for car enthusiasts.
-Added to RACVs Car rental suppliers for all RACV crash repairs.
-Free-carried RACV Event sponsorship opportunities.
-Flyers mailed out to RACV members
All of the above and more IMO should have happened within 6-9 months.
