    With a growing fleet surely it is time to start progressively reduce the minimum period of rental. Down from seven days to at first five days then 3 days etc.

    This will increase their market appeal to a wider share of the market.

    Perhaps this is what they have in mind. To build up the fleet first before changing the rental conditions.
