Thinking about the RACV relationship with insurance customers.
Am I right in saying a high percentage of RACV customers have “hire car” facility with their policies? So would I be right to say RACV’s end game may be to utilise Cl8’s entire rental network for their customers?
So this would keep costs down dramatically for them as what they would pay back into CL8 for a hire would be significantly lower than your normal hire companies. (Given they are large shareholders)

Further to this Cl8 have been talking about building out the platform to give more access to partners. Imagine calling RACV with a claim and the consultant could search RACV database (DMC) and book a car for them straight away. Much more choice and better locations.
