I still believe the low hanging fruit of offering DMC Rideshare in Adelaide, Perth. We have existing supply partners in those markets today so supply shouldn't be an issue. This could potentially bring in demand of another 50+ vehicles booked.
Surely our efficiency is that we're a software company, so we should be also focusing on connecting to as many online channels as possible. i.e. 3rd party vehicle booking aggregators, even your bricks a mortar companys are on them. Let them advertise, we just offer the best prices.

Proven revenue streams like the 3 above (plus many others discussed before) should ALWAYS BE PRIORITIZED over pilots.
