Can someone tell me, If they're building this specialised ship, they also need to build the loading and off loading facilities right? Or are they expecting those to be built by others? If it's the later, wont they need to wait until those facilities are built? From the documentation i've read, they look very specific to the ship design. I.e they'll need compatible interconnecting parts.
