Well that makes things a little more interesting ?
Looks like anyone can bid for the 34% without having to go to a shareholder vote.
I am not sure on this but I think Minor would have to cancel their full take over bid if they wanted to pay more than 35c to the receivers.
Question is how many other buyers if any will pay more than 35c and furthermore would they be interested with a holding less than 50% ?
