Rent on Norwood Parade would be the highest rent after Rundle Mall in the City, I think a combination of high rent, increased cost of staff plus consumables would have made it difficult for them. As I stated in my previous post it was the busiest Cibo in Adelaide and was probably considered the flagship store.
I guess if it wasn't bleeding cash RFG could have or would have taken over as a corporate run store until a new franchisee could be found.
From an outsider looking in it would seem they have bought a lemon.
