Agreed. Very happy to see this move with great timing in the right location amongst global uncertainties. Should garner considerable clientele & capital. Wholly owned within FMG, this will generate a new financial services stream into the future. Plenty more announcements over the weeks to Christmas then into 2024. I added another small FMG parcel 10 minutes ago.
