It would seem it won't belong before both will add to cash flow.

I would think as the bigger advertisers will want to sign up for both, also with many smaller merchants in center shops will be signing up straight away as part of their advertising budget.

Other shopping centers who see the draw card for customers to those centers with free WIFI would also want to be part of it.

This signing today is not with government departments such a Vic Track.I would think other shopping centers would see the advantages for their customers and would want free WIFI connected as soon as possible.

Just the same our shopping centers in Australia are only small change compared to what could possibly happening in China and Mongolia.

The big advantage would be to amalgamate the free WIFI with P1 debit cards,along with the discount available when the cards are used.

Seemed that no one noticed, no one cares with Richards announcement today, but I don't think that will be the case once people see what the cash flow will be when a number of these free WIFI centers are up and running over the next few months.OMO
