There are quite a few residential apartments and townhouses around the jam factory and obviously a number of restaurants and shops on Chapel Street itself. It will be interesting to see how strong the wifi signal is and how far reaching it will be. If it is a strong signal, we could see quite a few people accessing that signal and presumably, viewing the GCN advertisements.
