Google Emotient, a start-up in the US that also applied facial recognition technology to pain detection, although in a more basic way compared to ePAT. It was bought out by Apple in 2016. It is now called iMotions. IBM is into eHealth as a stated business direction, and there must be a chance that they buy out nViso / ePAT at some point.
