None of us have 'boots on the ground' out there in the dust and flies, yet we all have conflicting thoughts in our minds.
I'll admit to having them even though I speak to Dean and Nick personally every chance I get, I still read everything beacause I am uneducated in the Geo space.
Some of us put our thoughts in writing too, which is entirely understandable given this is a chat forum, but unless the info comes from the horse's mouth, what is it worth.
Soooo transparent are DRE management and teams, that they have my complete respect.
I'll have to pull myself back from asking forward thinking crystal ball questions though, that will be hard for me. Curiosity... Female...
