The thing I love about TV2 is how diversified their income streams are. If Karaoke2U does not do well in China, then they only have the 24 countries to look to!
I'm sure they are aware of how difficult it is to succeed in China without the support of the government. From the prospectus today:
The Company’s principal opportunities in the Republic of Indonesia and the People’s Republic of China are with government owned or related entities.
